vegan for a week???

workout  monday~ ran at the track 4miles/37:35 felt great, no ankle pain :)

im watching oprah as i write this and she's got me wondering if i could do it?? go vegan for a week.  the hardest for me would be the milk in my latte and probably the eggs.  we do have our own chickens so maybe eggs would be ok??? and i guess if that's the case what about the elk and deer that my husband and kids kill??  do i want to try it and see how i feel after a week?  anyone out there vegan or have any thoughts about it??

    She just finished a "raw" diet for the entire month of Jan.!!! Amazing! (I could NEVER do it)

  3. I was blog stalking from the 1000++ Mile Club and I saw that show on Oprah as well! I was a vegetarian for 10 years, then when I was pregnant with my first baby I wanted meat SO BAD! I ate hamburgers like crazy, and since then I've been a meat eater, but in small quantities. I am going Vegan shopping this weekend and am beginning a "Veganish" transformation in our home and see how it goes! I know my husband will have a hard time, so what works for me, may not work for him. Give it try and we'll compare notes!
